Our commitment
Tralē Beauty Inc. is committed to making tralebeauty.com accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone deserves equal access to information about our treatments, our shop, and the Tralē Beauty Academy.
Conformance standard
We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard. We test new pages against this standard and review the site periodically.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML structure with landmark regions for screen readers.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and cart drawer with visible focus states.
- Form labels, required-field markers, and error messages associated with their inputs.
- Image alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as decorative.
- Responsive layouts that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Known issues
We’re actively working to improve the following areas:
- Some legacy product photography may not yet have rich alt text — we add it as new imagery is uploaded.
- Third-party booking and payment widgets we embed (Square Appointments, payment processor) are governed by their providers’ accessibility — please tell us if you encounter a barrier and we’ll work with the provider.
