These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tralebeauty.com, our treatments, our online shop, and the Tralē Beauty Academy. By booking, purchasing, enrolling, or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Tralē Beauty Inc., a Texas business located at 251 S Mill Street, Suite 140, Lewisville, TX 75057.
2. Appointments & cancellation policy
- Appointments cancelled 24+ hours before the scheduled time incur no fee.
- Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before, or the day of, will be charged the full service amount.
- Late arrivals are charged $1 per minute after a 15-minute grace period; the full service fee applies if you arrive 30 minutes late.
- Walk-ins are accepted for retail only; treatments require a booking.
3. Treatment consent & safety
Some treatments have contraindications. You agree to complete the intake form honestly, follow pre-care and after-care instructions, and inform your esthetician of medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or skin conditions. We may decline or reschedule any treatment in our professional judgment.
4. Shop — orders, payments, shipping, returns
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices and inventory; we may correct errors and cancel orders.
- Payment is authorized at checkout and captured at fulfillment. Sales tax applies where required.
- Cosmetic and skincare products, once opened, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Shipping is non-refundable.
- Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can replace them.
- Equipment and academy tuition products are non-refundable unless required by Texas law.
5. Academy enrollment
- Submitting the online registration form does not guarantee admission; we review every application.
- You must be at least 17 years old and hold a high-school diploma or GED to enroll.
- Enrollment is governed by the signed enrollment agreement and the Tralē Beauty Academy catalog. Tuition refund policies follow Texas TDLR requirements.
- If a student withdraws, unpaid balances remain the student’s responsibility and may be assigned to collections. An hourly rate of $75.51 applies to additional instruction beyond the enrolled program.
- All instruction is given in English or Spanish; if English is not your primary language you are encouraged to provide your own translator during enrollment.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Our brand, logo, course materials, photographs, and site content are owned by Tralē Beauty Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without written permission. You retain ownership of reviews and other content you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it in marketing.
8. Disclaimers
Our treatments and products are cosmetic and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Information on the site is for general purposes and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a physician for medical concerns.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tralē Beauty Inc. and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, our products, or our treatments. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Tralē in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Tralē for any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the site.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.
