Tralē Beauty Inc. (“Tralē”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit tralebeauty.com, book an appointment, shop with us, or apply to the Tralē Beauty Academy — and how we use, share, and protect that information. By using the site, you agree to this policy.
Who this policy applies to
It applies to all visitors, treatment clients, online shoppers, and prospective and enrolled academy students.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Booking & treatments: your name, contact details, intake responses (skin concerns, allergies, medical history), and signed consents required for safe treatment.
- Shop orders: billing & shipping address, the items you purchase, and transaction confirmation. Payments are processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Academy registration: the information on our online registration form, including identifying information, address, education level, program selected, signed enrollment consents, and (only if you choose to provide it online) your Social Security Number.
- Account & communications: account credentials, support emails, review submissions, and form messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server log data (IP address, user agent, pages visited, referring URL) for security and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies — for login, the shopping cart, and aggregate analytics. You can control cookies in your browser; some site features (cart, account login) require them.
How we use your information
- To deliver treatments safely, fulfill product orders, and administer the Academy.
- To reply to messages, schedule tours and appointments, and provide customer support.
- To send appointment confirmations, order receipts, academy correspondence, and — only with your separate opt-in — marketing emails.
- To improve the site, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run our infrastructure on our behalf — booking (Square Appointments), payments, email delivery, hosting, and shipping. Each is bound to protect your information.
- Regulators and law enforcement where required by law, by court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our students, clients, and staff.
- In a business transaction if Tralē is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the successor — subject to the same protections.
How long we keep your information
We keep treatment records for as long as required by Texas state law and our medical-director protocols. Academy records are kept for the period required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and other applicable accreditors. Shop order records are kept as long as required by tax and consumer-protection law. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
Your choices
- Access & correction: ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you and to correct anything inaccurate.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your data subject to the legal retention periods above.
- Marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email or by emailing us.
- Sensitive data online: we strongly recommend providing your Social Security Number in person during your campus tour rather than via the online form.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption for forms and account access, and access controls on our admin tools. No internet transmission is ever 100% secure; please contact us immediately if you suspect your information has been compromised.
Children
The site is intended for users age 13 and older. Academy enrollment is restricted to applicants age 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
